Balanset-1A dual-channel portable balancer is designed for fast on-site rotor balancing and condition monitoring .
The system is used for:
single- and two-plane balancing of fans, pumps, electric motors, spindles, crushers, centrifuges, and other rotating equipment ,
diagnostic vibration measurement and defect detection ,
supporting predictive maintenance programs .
This instrument is the perfect solution for preventive and corrective balancing in any production facility, utility, or workshop environment .
System Concept
The supplied equipment includes:
dual-channel acquisition module with preamplifiers and integrators ,
two single-axis vibration sensors (accelerometers) ,
high-precision digital phase marker and reflective tape ,
a magnetic holder for secure mounting ,
high-accuracy electronic scales for measuring test and correction weights ,
balancing software (on USB flash drive) ,
heavy-duty carry case for all components .
All you need for operation is any notebook running Windows OS .
